About a month or so ago I met a very colorful young bearded man while making a delivery in the little mountainous community of Platina. He was outside a small grocery store where I stopped to get directions to my delivery address. He knew where it was and preceded to show me. He referred to himself as “Road Kill Willie” and told me all about the area. Sorry to say I didn’t have my camera at the time so I couldn’t take any pictures. Today I was in the same area; and although I didn’t see Willie, my delivery took me by the dirt road he lived on. As you can see, the name of the dirt road is none other than “Road Kill Way”. Road Kill Willie
